Definitely Repurchasing

I’ve admired the Luxe & Bloom boxes for a while now, and I finally purchased for a client. I went back and forth before deciding on which box I wanted, and Tawni was so accommodating and helpful. Amazing customer service

Best customer service I've received in a very long time. My package was delivered to the wrong address per UPS. I reached out via email & Tawni resolved the issue very fast. The UPS couldn't find my package but Tawni shipped out another package at no cost to me plus she gave me a discount on my next box, which she didn't have to do that. Thank you for amazing customer service & I will be using you again very soon. I also love the fact they give back to Israel.
