Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

100% of orders are shipped within one to two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Mondays.

We currently ship to anywhere in the US.

 

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $125. Everything in the order must be going to the same address to qualify. Free shipping does not apply to Corporate orders. 

 

How long will it take for my gift to ship?

Luxe & Bloom gifts ship within 1-2 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

It is very important to us that your gifts arrive on time. However, once we drop your order off at UPS, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for courier delays. 

*Please keep in mind when choosing expedited shipping, that the courier means business days. Weekend delivery is not available, even if it is listed at checkout. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday. 


Delayed Orders:

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.


Wrong Or Incomplete Address:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
