It was well worth it, I have been contemplating this box for a while now and I’m glad I pulled the trigger. Comes in such luxe packaging and presentation as well as what’s inside is impressive.

Best customer service I've received in a very long time. My package was delivered to the wrong address per UPS. I reached out via email & Tawni resolved the issue very fast. The UPS couldn't find my package but Tawni shipped out another package at no cost to me plus she gave me a discount on my next box, which she didn't have to do that. Thank you for amazing customer service & I will be using you again very soon. I also love the fact they give back to Israel.

Luxe & Bloom gifts ship within 1-2 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.
It is very important to us that your gifts arrive on time. However, once we drop your order off at UPS, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for courier delays.
*Please keep in mind when choosing expedited shipping, that the courier means business days. Weekend delivery is not available, even if it is listed at checkout. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.
You can include your message in the box at the top right of this page before you add your curated gift box to your cart. If you are building your own gift, you can add the message to whichever card you choose in our "Cards" section before adding it to your cart.

Yes, we ship chocolate year-round and pack all chocolate items with cold packs to help keep them fresh in transit. However, once a package leaves our hands, we can't control temperatures during shipping, and ordering chocolate items is done at your own risk, especially during the warmer months.
We recommend selecting 2-day shipping for any order containing chocolate to minimize transit time and reduce the risk of melting.
Because melting is outside of our control once a package ships, Luxe & Bloom cannot guarantee the quality of chocolate upon delivery and is unable to issue refunds or replacements for melting, even when cold packs are used.
